  • A rich referral source from past and present tenants and property owners, as well as referrals from approximately 1,600+ local real estate agents 
  • “For Rent” signs placed in the yard, window or balcony of your property that display our office phone number and website
  • A list of our available rentals available 24 hours a day on our website, at our office and by fax

Our Marketing Fee

As is standard in our industry, SCREM charges the property owner a one-time $400 marketing fee, but contrary to industry standards, we charge the fee after the property is successfully rented out to the right tenant. That means it’s not an up-front cost. 

This fee ensures your property is seen and sought by potential tenants – wherever people are considering a move to your area. 

“Once the tenant pays their deposit and first-month’s rent, we deduct the marketing fee from the first month’s rent. The rest is released directly to you,” explained Steffanie Stelnick, CEO and President of SCREM.

“That means nothing comes out of your pocket to get your property rented, leased and making income every month for the foreseeable future.”

This is a little different than most other property management firms, as most companies collect their marketing fee up front. 

“But we know we can get your property rented. We’re confident in our ability to market your property, and we want you to be, too,” Steffanie explained. “That’s why we take the risk right alongside you.”
