When you rent a home managed by SCREM, you will gain access to an easy-to-use, online portal where you can easily pay your rent, submit maintenance requests, contact your landlord, and more. This seamless process saves you time and headaches.
Where can I find places to rent?
Search our website for our current vacancies. You can filter results according to price, location, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, etc. We add new listings daily!
How can I get in touch with my property manager?
Through our online portal, you can send messages to your landlord and submit maintenance requests. The portal is even available as a mobile app so you can continue seamless communication from anywhere.
Do you allow pets?
Rules about pets vary among our homeowners. Some allow any and all pets, others have a no-animal policy, and others have restrictions depending on the animal or breed. See the list of commonly-prohibited breeds here. To learn the policies for a particular property, get in touch with us. Service animals are welcome.
